Junior Email Marketer
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the email marketing team to assist in the development and execution of B2C email marketing campaigns.
- Learn to utilize Klaviyo to create and manage email flows, automated workflows, and personalized dynamic content under the guidance of senior specialists.
- Support in crafting compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, visuals, and CTAs, to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Assist in conducting A/B testing on various email elements, such as subject lines, content, and visuals, to contribute to campaign refinement and optimisation.
- Learn to analyse key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2C email marketing, and assist in incorporating innovative strategies into campaigns.
- Adhere to email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, while learning to ensure compliance.
- Requirements:
- Freshers with Strong interest in pursuing a career in email marketing.
- Graduation is must.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
