  • Job Description :
    • We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strategic Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the director, assisting in the planning of departmental strategies and monitoring progress.
    • As a Strategic Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing efficiency and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing workflows.
    • Your responsibilities will include managing delegated tasks, utilizing your strong performance and operational management skills. Your ability to think critically and demonstrate leadership qualities will be vital in overcoming challenges and driving success.

    • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Aptitude in problem-solving
    • Completion of a bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite, with consideration given to those who have graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
    • Previous involvement in leading or coordinating group projects during academic pursuits is advantageous.
    • Involvement in extracurricular activities or clubs during college/university is beneficial. Additionally, completed internships in administration, management, or related fields are advantageous.
    • Proactive in taking follow-ups and ensuring smooth coordination

  • Roles & Responsibilities :
    • Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
    • Monitor attainment of objectives.
    • Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
    • Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
    • Fulfill duties as assigned by the director.
    • Remain informed about the most recent technological tools and software solutions to optimize productivity and streamline efficiency.
    • Utilize Google Calendar to efficiently arrange meetings and promptly distribute reminders to attendees.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with both internal team members and external clients to confirm that tasks are advancing according to schedule.
    • Manage and arrange meetings while ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
    • You are required to undertake an additional task that falls within your area of expertise.
