Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Utilise platforms like Upwork, and other relevant platforms to attract and engage with potential clients.
- Write persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects and contracts.
- Understand client needs and project specifications to provide accurate bids.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Manage portfolios effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining an organized database of current and potential customer information and records.
- Manage end-to-end pre-sales activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, delivering Company Profiles and product demos.
- Follow-ups with prospects, and timely proposal submissions to potential clients.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to make sure projects run smoothly.
- Keep in touch with current clients to maintain good relationships and look for chances to do more work with them.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as Upwork Bidder
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Business Development Executive.
