Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)

  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
    • Utilise platforms like Upwork, and other relevant platforms to attract and engage with potential clients.
    • Write persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects and contracts.
    • Understand client needs and project specifications to provide accurate bids.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
    • Manage portfolios effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Maintaining an organized database of current and potential customer information and records.
    • Manage end-to-end pre-sales activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, delivering Company Profiles and product demos.
    • Follow-ups with prospects, and timely proposal submissions to potential clients.
    • Work closely with the Project Manager to make sure projects run smoothly.
    • Keep in touch with current clients to maintain good relationships and look for chances to do more work with them.

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience as Upwork Bidder
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Demonstrated expertise as a Business Development Executive.
