Generally yes, within reason. If you already have a strong welcome flow but no post-purchase sequence, for example, we can discuss substituting Browse Abandonment instead. Confirm any swap with us at kickoff before we start building.
Both are included. Every email in all three flows gets original copywriting and custom design matched to your brand — you are not handed a generic template to fill in yourself.
