At this volume the differentiator stops being output and becomes targeting. Every send is personalised across lifecycle stage, purchase history and predicted value, so twenty campaigns a month does not mean twenty emails to every subscriber. It means the right subset of your list hears from you at the right moment, and the rest are deliberately left alone to protect engagement.
The plan includes daily performance monitoring, a full A/B testing programme, a weekly strategy call, and a real-time Slack channel into the team running your account. If your volume or scope goes beyond this: multiple brands, multiple markets, Custom Campaign Management is quoted individually.

No. We build this in whichever email platform you already use. Klaviyo is the most common (we are a certified partner), but Mailchimp, Omnisend, Shopify Email, Brevo, ActiveCampaign and every other major platform are all fine. Tell us your platform at checkout and we build it there.
No. This is a month-to-month subscription you can cancel any time from your billing portal. We ask for one month of notice so the calendar can be wound down cleanly rather than leaving campaigns half-built.
Yes. Every campaign goes to your named approver before scheduling. At this volume we agree a standing approval window so production never stalls waiting on sign-off.
You can't, in practice. Every order starts with a kickoff call, and if that call shows a different service is the better fit, 100% of what you paid transfers to it: any product, no expiry, no restocking fee. You pay the difference if the right one costs more, or keep the balance as credit if it costs less. Buy the one that looks closest and we'll sort the rest on the call.
